Hello Super Mechs, I have registered new account with username Petrichor, I am sure I have correctly inputted the right password. But it doesn't let me log in. I've tried the Forgot Password and said "Your password has been sent successfully to your original e-mail address." But I don't receive any mail about that. I hope it'll be fix. Thanks.

Have you checked your spam folder? Are you 100% sure that you are looking in the same email account? Did you ever give your account details to anyone else?

If you are still having trouble then message back here as soon as possible.

I have checked my Spam messages a couple of time but there's none. I am really sure I am opening my email that is linked to that username. It is a recently created email and I don't give it to someone else. I am really grateful to have this solved. Thanks.

Could you try to do it through http://battledawn.com/forum ?

It's the same account system, we've had reports that it works better on that domain.

It worked! At first I was really confused, but the game account and site account is somewhat related. Here's what I did

1. Browsed this : http://www.battledawn.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=401 //noted myself it is "f=401" for battledawn and 404 for supermechs.

2. Clicked Login.
3. Clicked Forget Password.
4. Entered username and the email
5. Went to email and checked spam folder
6. Voila! It was there!
7. Click the first link to activate new password
8. Temporarily keep in mind the new password [You can change it later]
9. Done.
