Dear Admin
i have a problem my username is Argento,
I pick up weapons and then disappear when save.
The problem is that, not only lose my items, but will not return my SM....
If I had lag and disconnect, in theory if I lose my items would have to have my money ... no way to retrieve my items or SM?

In the meanwhile, could you please provide us as much information as you can? Are you using multiple accounts by any chance? Could you try clearing your cache & cookies and seeing if that helps? I have only one account but 2 pc (home and work)
delete cache and cookies but nothing
I'm reading in the forum I am not the only thing many people did the same, lost items and not have the money to buy them again. I hope they can fix it.

Hey I had equipped my mech with some mythical items then I lost connection and when I got back on those mythical items were gone what should I do?

I just had the same thing happen to me, i was playing yesterday then I logged on today and all my items in my inventory were gone

Any chance you gave out your password? The issue this thread was about has been solved and is unrelated.
