First let me say I love the game, as any true fan of old school Battletech would...However, I am having a laundry list of issues.
1. no matter the resolution, cannot see whole screen...
2. in PVP can send challenges, and see challenges, cannot respond or fight those people
3. Several fights freeze me with clock expired and opponent wont move shoot or quit
4. I speak English. nothing but the queens English, don't want to see anyone who can't speak English talk to me or challenge me
5. The screen set up leaves a lot to be desired, I want to see the chats with my opponents

Any help here would be...if it matters playing thru Internet Explorer and Facebook account... I have lots of games I play thru Facebook, with lots of other friends who would play and join my clan here if the game worked better....

1.internet explorer is the worst browser for Me i don't use it so no idea If u have a flash player installed in your browser it should work i recommend chrome or Firefox.May be it will help.
If you use fb try it with http://www.supermechs.com page and see

2. No idea i think someone else will give an answer

3.If ur opponent quits this game freeze and you can notice it with the clock
normally it happens when opponent quits while you are playing

4. Learn to be social and this is not QUEENS world now

Not racist...cannot speak their language, I should be able to filter them out so if I get cussed out, at least I can understand what I am being cussed out about...

and why are there no moderators in the PvP chat...swapping of accounts, hacking of gold boxes and all sorts of banned issues are openly discussed in the PvP chatroom. You should do something about that...it might actually level the playing field.

You got a bug in the game where hosers can just logout when they start to lose....locking me in the arena with no way out except to reboot/login again...

You should put in a lock that either forces them to quit and lose, or give up credits if the lock someone in the arena....

I am not a difficult person, but if someone actually watched what was going on, the quality of play would drastically improve...

Yes everyone does have communication problems,but i'm sorry to say there is no way to filter it ; but still you can see opponents flags in your right hand side of the chat ; and how they speak in global chat; well talking about the battle rounds u know that t's impossible to filter,cuz you won't get different opponents in that way.

Swapping is against the terms and conditions of SM but u know mods cannot bang each and every one of them;Some people do it for fun or may be to get a better account even they spam players should know to avoid them and now the cntrl + v option is not there in the chats other than clan chat to minimize the spam.

Yes sorry there is a bug and actually there is a solution too but devs may be busy i have no idea.
But u can identify this bug easily;after the clocks countdown becomes 0 click on your mech and there is a small action call "stunt", and see that ur mech stunts or not or try to write something in chat and see if nothing happens that's it and ur opponent has quit

normally when an opponent quits game in his turn this function works properly about other way around sometimes this thing happens.sorry
Then you need to reload the game and the good thing is still you get the win
and it counts as u win.

1. Do you mean as in, fill the entire browser or something else? If you mean the first, Super Mechs isn't really that sort of game... It's meant to be played at a certain size.
2. They probably got into another one before you could accept, it is definitely possible (and functional) to fight each other by choice.
3. That's annoying... We're always looking into possible causes of such issues, often it seems to be the connection. You could also try making sure you only use 1 account and clear your cache & cookies, as using multiple can cause all sorts of unexpected issues!
4. We do try to split languages between chat channels, but we can't really force people to use different ones, or do every language...

I get that you want to see English, but it's a bit hard to ensure that. All we can really do is encourage it as much as we can, and I do think that does it most of the times!
5. You mean like a chat log for battles? Please suggest that in Community Suggestions if you want that, it's mostly meant to comment directly on the battle ("Nice gun!" "OUCH! That hit!!!" "good game!") but if it's used a lot as a more active socialisation feature, who knows..


We don't usually recommend Internet Explorer, historically we've always recommended FireFox or Chrome for games. That said, it should work either way.

Realize, there's all sorts of possible problems with Moderators, namely to effectively cover all timezones, we would need a lot of them. The more you have, the bigger the chance of some bad egg going around causing trouble... It's risky, so we try to do things via automated systems where we can.
