I need help. I've sent off two new password activation's but can't log in to the game. Is it because I haven't played this in a while? I really want to play with my friends but this account had all my best mech. Can anyone help out please?

Please clear your cache and cookies or try another browser. It should work, then.

I am also have the topic posters issue

I have reset my password which allows me onto the forum

But I still can not log into the game

I am using the iOS app on my ipad so can't do the suggested and clear cache etc

I saw u were having an issue like this a while ago. But that appears resolved as no new posts for 4 days?

So in short my details are correct but I'm getting bad username and password on the iOS app, chrome and Firefox

App is updated to latest version btw

That is very strange. And you cleared your cache & cookies on Chrome?

Could you perhaps reinstall the app?

yeahs cleared cache/cookies and everything else on firefox and chrome.

will re install the App now and see how it goes.

reinstalling the App worked, browsers are sitll not working though but i only use the ipad
