recently the chrome browser got some problem saying your password is wrong, so i tried using firefox to go in the game 2 days after the start of the problem, surprisingly i am able to go in the game but........i found out things in my account is change. some things are gone and some new things appeared and also most of the things are shifted so i thought my account was hacked and was thinking of creating another account. The next day i came back to the game hoping it went back to normal but it did not but instead more things changed. I waited you for you guys to fixed the problem with super mechs on chrome and try again but it still not back to normal all my tokens disappeared too. So i decided to create a new account and maybe you guys can delete my old account but best if you are able to change it back to normal.

The best thing you can do, in the case of someone interfering with your account, is to lock them out by changing the password. You can do that via the forums.

User Control Panel → Profile → Edit account settings

From there you should be able to change the password and email if you want. I wouldn't recommend changing the email address as problems can arise from that. Also, if and when you do change your password, do not just change one character. Make a completely new one from scratch!

Be aware that if the perpetrator knows how to do this they also have the ability to lock you out!

So can cookie/cache issues cause changes to your build then?
