After I made this account, I got the premium account, but then the game froze on the arrow pointing to the item box. Does anyone know why this is happening?

It happened when I bought the premium account then refreshed the page.

This sounds like a connection issue more than anything.
Does this only freeze for token packages or for SM credit packages as well?
EDIT: Would you mind providing a screenshot for us?

This is in the tutorial where you buy the item box. I will try to provide a screenshot as soon as possible, although basically it's just the regular screen but I cannot click on the item box, even though it says 'Available'.
