Hi,

Today I purchased a gold package, then watched the hourglass rotate for 5 minutes before I got the "connection lost" message. Once I log back, the tokens have been taken, but I did not get any new item, as far as I can see.

Can this be fixed?

Have you checked everywhere in the workshop including the kits section for the items as they may have appeared somewhere.

I can't be 100% sure that there is no new item, since I have dozens in each category. But I know all mythical items and nearly all legendary ones, and these are the same. Since a gold box has five draws, and there was the 2% boost on mythical, it seems that I got nothing out of that transaction. The odds of receiving no mythical and no legend in 5 draws are less than 10%.
Could you please check?

For a gold box it is 35% chance of legendary and gold are you sure you were not just unlucky in this particular instant as I believe that if the tokens were taken the items should be there as it happens at the same time.

Listen, I can't be 100% sure. All I know I that I paid the tokens, got the hourglass for 5 minutes, then got disconnected. When I reclogged the tokes were taken, and I can't find a single item that I do not remember from before. Is it possible that I got 5 useless items? Yes. It is likely? Gosh, no.

Under the special it is 30+7=37% odds of either legendary or mythical for each draw, so getting neither in 5 draws is (0.63)^5=9.9% probability.

I won't *CENSORED* you saying I am 100% sure, how can I remember each of the 300+ items in my account? Let's be serious... I really believe that something went wrong in the process, which is why I wrote to you. If you can check, please check. If you cannot check, do what you think fair.
