Okay, so one of my friends created a SuperMechs account (Username: mylo1234) a few days ago but now he's forgotten the password to it. Problem is, the email that he provided to make this account is not his, it is one of his friend's email addresses (Not one of mine I should add) so he cannot get a password reset.

I told him to go get his friend to check his inbox so that a password reset could be feasible but other than that I don't know what else I can do to resolve this issue, which is why I made this post in the first place.

Well the first thing would be to ask his friend to tell him the password then change the email address and the password.

If he can not get to his friend's account then email [email protected] and explain the problem and they may be able to get help from there.

Apparently, he doesn't communicate with that friend anymore. -_- Well, looks like that this account is dead unless if you can do something about it.

Did you send an email to that address and have you got a response?

He said that he didn't get a response. (Asked him in chat)

I'm going to forward this thread specifically to an admin and see what they can do.
