Hi, so I bought the package that gives you 200% more exp. and gold for one week. However, the reward still the same? So, what's the problem?

Are you positive the payment went through? Check your emails for a transaction code. If you can't find one it means there was no payment made. If there is, email [email protected] with the transaction code.

You may also find that it takes a while for the boost to activate on your account. Try give it some time also :)
