I spent 6.00pounds on this game to get 360 tokens when biomobile sent the purchase confirmation it reloaded onto the game i didnt recieve the tokens could u resed me the tokens or ask them to give me a refund as my phone wont text cos i used all my credit plz help!

Give it some time. Token purchases, especially over the phone cane take up to 24 hours.

I wonder about "biomobile" as we don't have that at all...

However, if it was daopay or onebip, please contact their customer service. When it didn't went through, they will refund you most likely. If it went trough, please ask them for the IPN Number of the transaction and mail it to [email protected].

The email Ilona said to use was specifically created to handle problems such as this. That is why you should use that instead of Eran's email.

I paid those tokens over phone over a week ago. I contacted those emails you mentioned but no reply!
What can i do ? Anybody an idea?

Maybe your email got marked as spam?
That happens quite often as our email filter is very strict.

What did their customer service said? Did they refund the money?

Maybe that is the case. I purchased 360 Tokens and did not got the money back
