I start supermechs, I enter my user and password, then it stays connecting until it automatically refreshes. Then it doesn't load the menu and connects anyway until it refreshes and it stays in a loop. Clearing my cookies and cache 3 times didn't work. Reinstalling google chrome twice didn't work. It doesn't work on IE either. It works at my school. Any solutions?

Do you have a firewall software or antivirus by any chance?

Try turning it off please, especially if its avast/avg.

We've had reports of those disturbing the connection in the past.

I tried what you said. It didn't fix it. I use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Where from are you playing exactly?

I tried reinstalling flash but it didn't work. I am in Southwest England.

It used to work at my house I think but for some reason it doesn't anymore. If this means anything my internet is wired through a thing that connects to the router through the mains.

Right. Have you tried on a different wifi network with the same computer? Or a different device on the same network? (Phone, tablet for example).

Need to figure out if it's the computer or the network. It's probably not your account or on our side or you'd face the same issue at school most likely.

I can try a different device when I get the chance. I'll edit this post when I have.
