Sometimes I get disconected from server and if at that moment I'm opening the daily box when I login I loose the box

The items should still be in your inventory though!

Unfortunately they are not, because it happened before I was able to open the box, and then the next day it shows like I did open the box.

It's Ok don't worry, just reporting the problem

The server actually gives you the items prior to opening the box, once the server gave you the items it tells your client (the game you play) to show you those items, it crashes somewhere after that.

We've already fixed it on some platforms, but yeah, items should be there!

if you're certain they're not please do tell us, then we know we may have a new bug.
