EXACTLY!!!

Not always "clear your cookies cache" is the problem.. It's serious issues!!! Not only I face them but others aswel!!!

If you want more people playing, fix the game so it can be more "reliable" !! I wouldn't want to play a game that I put money in to lose battles because of bugs and glitches or whatever that's just being swept underneath the carpet!!!! HOW LAME!!

Yeah I don't understand this either. Nobody will play a new game if the game is full of bugs and its not enjoyable. So the priority should be the problemfixing. With this attitude they will just lose players and not get more.

And BTW, how do you want to get more players? I mean what proccess? The youtube channel?

We work very hard on improving the game every day, however, simply put we can not find every problem by ourselves. We don't run into some of them - we have great connections, we don't multi account and obviously we don't have the time or ability to test every possible situation.

As Ilona mentioned, multiple account use *can* lead to these issues as well.

Right now, the main common factor we've seen is more than 1 connected account. I get newbie reports on all sorts of things by email every day, but never once had one mention this, so it seems to be something specifically related to veterans. We're under heavy suspicion (based on past updates etc) that the game is no longer compatible with the use of multiple accounts, this has happened a few times in the past and is a case we don't test nearly as much (as it's not supposed to happen to begin with).


For this reason we're very grateful for all your reports and we hope to get as much information about this as we can, we are obviously going to do what we can here to improve your game experience.

For the time being, however, please clear your cookies, cache and use only one account and please see if that helps. It could even be related to IP as well or to an account being loaded from more than 1 (it's rare but not impossible, this is also something that happens more often among veteran players and it could be there is a new bug there due the creation of our new servers).
