I can assure you that the tacticsoft team is not sitting around doing nothing. To those who asked how to clear cache and cookies, on your internet browser, go to the settings and delete your history. There should be an option when you do this to delete cache and cookies. Very often, this will fix a majority of the issues that most have. If the problem continues after this, please say such and we will likely reach out to you with specific instructions to try and assist.
As a side note, moderator's have no power in game (whether it be supermechs or battledawn). We are purely forum moderators and as such, our only authority is here on the forums
