I am asking on behalf of a friend as he cannot log in to his account. His account is killxXx, when he puts his password in it says incorrect. He then asked to reset password but the email never came to his registered email address. Can you help please.

Could you try again and tell me the result? I'll check the logs and see if something is going wrong or not.

Sorry for the delayed reply. He has had another look and definitely nothing received, checked spam as well.

Could you guys try through http://battledawn.com/forum? We have the same system there, I think I may know the source of this problem. if that works for you, at least.
