it seems illogical to recover your account, we ask the user name (1) and Email (2) because in many cases the user (1) is the forgotten and email (2) have no function in question, and item (2) it is useless to regain access

@Alexander por favor lo que pido es mínimo, un hacker no pediría el nombre de su propia cuenta me parece ilogico
Please I ask is minimal, a hacker would not ask the name of your own it seems illogical

As I have already told you in private (twice), we do not give usernames attached to emails.
Simply put, it would allow people to use the details they obtain for someones email to get a user and vice versa.
We realize it's frustrating but it's a policy we hold for the security and privacy of our members..
