I understand your frustrations, my apologies if I came across as uncaring. Often when items seem to disappear, what simply happened is that they "appear" gone client side due a cookie issue that comes from using multiple accounts, hence we suggest people clear cookies and cache.
If tokens disappeared, simply email us or post it to us and we will do what we can. We do however always ask that people try clearing first, as to prevent sending our devs out when not needed. They prefer improving the game.

If you lost anything, please clear cookies & cache, if that doesn't help, please email it to us, use the contact us form or make your own thread in this forum. Thanks!
