Hey, today I came home from golf (this is absolutly inessential), I sat to the computer and want turn the SM. But I can´t reach the server.
The problem is, that I have started a 21 days challenge for 2 myth items. I don´t want loose the progres, because I won´t be on the internet from next month for the rest of the summer holiday. Is the problem on my computer or the servers don´t work? What shall I do?

This is a server problem, happened the last time every day 1 or 2 times

Same here I was logged in earlier and I bought the 7 day premium and now I can't login I've tried at least 10 times

Okay, and can I get any compensations? I was in 6th day (i dont know it exactly) of the 21 day login challenge...

Usually when it goes down it will be up again in the range of 5 minutes to an hour.
If you notice it's down for more than 5 minutes, please feel free to use the contact us form.
Also make sure to always clear cache & cookies - I can't say this enough. The server is only down for a very small portion of time per day, any other times some local problem is the usual cause!
