Ok, I have a fairly good internet connection, but sometimes when I open the game, These things happen:
The game stays a lot on the connecting to server message, and after 1-2 minutes it makes available to put my username and password to log in. Then when I put them correctly it stays stuck on the connecting to server again, after some time it goes back to the log in page. Also, sometimes when I log in it glitches and makes the log in panel appear out of nowhere while I'm on the campaign map.

Please help.

This is strange... Could you try clearing your cookies and cache? It can cause problems in general.

Using multiple accounts by any chance?

Did he try it on the same device?

Please try reinstalling the app, if that doesn't solve it i'll ask around for you.
