First of all, please never share your password. It is against our Terms of Service.

We would also like to ask you to refrain from sharing phone numbers, even if it is your own, through publicly available topics.

Second of all, we do not move mechs between accounts. There's technical and abuse problems with such actions.

I would like to ask you to choose one account and play on it, it's against our terms of service to use multiple accounts as well!

I believe it's only a mistake and that the player thought to post his problem on the forum probably thinking he'd receive help coming from here.

We can help with most problems at these forums as well, we can not however move mechs or items between accounts as I have explained.

It's simply not something we do, emailing that won't change that...

My friend play supermechs with my gift key. BUT I DONT GET ANY REWARD!
his account has big level but i cant get my money and box!!! The bar of experience of his progress is not finished!

First of all, please create a new topic and not link a problem inside of another topic.

Could you atleast give us any guesses upon what level is the player whom you gave your gift key?

Let me give you the required level to reach for a gift key to be finished.

Level 7- 5k Credits
Level 12 - 15k Credits
Level 16 - Golden Box

However, I am not sure about this because they nerfed the gift key rewards' level requirement to get an award.
