i have not received my tokens. it is now 3 days since i payed.

What method of payment did you use my friend?

If you used OneBip - it is known there are issues with that right now, please email [email protected] with your account name, payment details and the number 12893691.

If you used PayPal - please be aware that eChecks can take a bit to process and gift cards may be rejected completely (in which case no funds will be drawn from your account), otherwise they can take up to 5 days.

Regular credit card payments should have been processed by now - if that's the case and the funds were removed from your card, please also email that address.
