When I created my account just a few minutes ago, I was put through the tutorial, like any over newbie would. I got past the first battle, however after that it just wouldn't load any more. I assumed that this was a glitch and so I refreshed the page. Now my account is stuck in purgatory because the transition animation gets stuck once closed and the game thinks that I'm in the workshop, which obviously is not what's supposed to happen. Also, I can't progress any further because not all of the buttons are available during the tutorial!

Not even half way into the tutorial and my account is already buggered. The only solution to this problem that I can think of is by resetting my account and I would appreciate it if you could do that for me.

I have two accounts in this same situation

This frequently happens with multiple accounts. Most the time this can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies.

In the past I had this problem too, and found the above step didn't work. The day after I was able to complete the tutorial though. So:

1) Clear cache and cookies
2) Give it a day or two
3) If there's still a problem email [email protected]

So browsing anonymously should prevent this error, right?

It could, however you would first have to remove cookies already on your computer. It is also a lot easier to just remove cache and cookies every now and then, rather than setting yourself up to browse anonymously.

In order to release your accounts, please email me at [email protected] and provide me with your exact nickname (the name you chose after registration has been completed).

Another solution can be to register a new account because this bug has been fixed yesterday (for new accounts).

Just logged into /bmmdev with a new account and I can say that all the tutorial does is bugger everything up! Now with all of these changes happening to the campaign mode, you can NOT complete it, with the end result becoming this glitch!

It's a backup account for one of my SM friends, he got one of his accounts taken.
Clear browsing data does not solve this problem.

Update
When I log into /bmmdev as "Xzyckon" it works fine.
