It says connecting to server but it loads like a thousands time and nothing happens cant even log in

if you're in the Philippines, the AAG (Asia-America Gateway aka the internet cable that connect South East Asia - including Philippines - and America) was severed. This affected the internet connection to America's servers harshly, which results in what you guys are complaining about.

The cable is planned to be fixed somewhere near the end of the month.
