I'll reply about your second question:
it's one week for every fight, first, jonesm and goldeneyereloaded will have a week to fight, than the winner of this and the other 7 will have one week to fight their opponents, than the winners will have one more week to fight, and that will happen again. The last one will be the winner :)

Wouldn't be much of a tournament without fights and if people are just picking higher levels it wouldn't be a fight. I'd say that you must pick a level within your opponents range but this is not my setup.

My scheduled opponent hasn't been online for quite a wile now. so by the end of the week if he's not online, does that mean he forfeits and i go on.
