They have all this and more. From one site, you don't have to pay to use them either.

http://www.mysmiley.net/free-party-smiles.php

Just ignore the adult section... if you're an admin reading this, don't let that affect your decision. The majority of their emoticons are appropriate.

If this is implemented, just put them where the current smilies are.

Once again, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO USE THEM.

Thank you.

Dylan out.

It would be much easier to put them where the smilies are right now.

You're shocked that I'd rather have sensible emoticons than crazy ones that people could spam pointlessly and use not for their purpose but only to make huge long chains of smileys?

Or are you shocked that right now, there is a shark above you which is careening past at the speed of an unladen European swallow?

My case stands.

You're shocked that I don't want the same emoticons that have been around since God knows how long and are pretty damn boring?

Or are you shocked that I suggested something reasonable?

already happens in nearly every newbie post, although i'll admit with millions of crazy smileys it would happen much more often.

Then there won't be millions. I wasn't saying we should use all of the emoticons, I just put a lot for dramatic effect.

They have sensible emoticons too, look at the site Kenny.
