Here's the thing. 'Kind of likes' either means you're just delusional like every other person in love and you actually think she likes you a little or she's your friend or something.
If she doesn't love you now, she won't love you in one day, one week, or one month. I guarantee it. Unless you shower her with gifts and compliments and she feels the need to return the favor. But that's not real love.

Oh, you romantic fool.
Walk with her to class, text her and learn a little about her. Give her compliments about her appearance and other things. Talk with her friends, too. Chances are she'll like you if her friends like you. Don't swear or act like a fool around her, always be on your best behavior because you never know who's near you. I don't mean a teacher I mean like a friend or relative, etc. But do this in moderation, too many texts, too many gifts, spending too much time with her, all of that can be considered creepy.
Try using cologne, if you don't know how to apply it correctly ask a relative or friend. Or even look it up. Also if you're going to use cologne, don't cheap out and use gross axe and stuff, girls don't like that. And don't overdo it. Maybe get some new clothes. Not saying anything about what you wear, but nice new clothes look better than baggy pants or old cut up jeans. Wear Aeropostale, Hollister and Abercrombie, can't go wrong with any of those.

And I hope I don't need to tell you to brush your teeth twice a day and shower once or twice every day.  And stay in shape. And use conditioner. And keep your ears and nose clean. And wash your face every day so it doesn't start to look like a game of connect the dots.
