@ghossfield, im on sector 213 on war commander lvl 25 almost 26 i did a upgrade on the tech center to be able to upgrade my mega tanks fully ;)

either bottom left in the chat it'll say, or when on the map in the top left, or on the map just click anywheres and it'll say too
