i chose usa because there is a great number of players here and there is an immense availability.
the isreali part is because of Alexa.
anyways some of you look like you're basing your answers based on who makes the most noise. for all you know it could really be egypt(besides USA). Just because lots of pinoys or whatever make themselves known through one means or another doesn't make them the majority.
