It means um..... well.... there was this freakishly smart yet short tempered Asian kid.... that eh was named duo and........ went crazy... not to long ago... and um... said some things about Seth and some other people... and... got banned... and stuff... so... whenever someone goes crazy or becomes a troll.... sometimes we say... he's a duo..



And ya I'm still confused on the Kenny thing.
