Maybe but im not sure i have been trying to figure the whole thing out since this was posted and the only conclusion is a change in browsers or something / or there was a upgrade or they where blocked as pop ups

Maybe its something to do with your signal to the internet? Because if your signal is bad sometimes it messes with the format of pages.. possibly the format of the advert was moved?
