IIs not like I am out of line here. I just recieved a warning that jeapordises any chances I have of becoming a BD maintenance team or Jr. Mod. bc I quoted a PG 13 television show on "PG 13" forum. But I guess the forum rules are incorrect and need to be changed

that was only a verbal warning, don't think that goes on any record. Besides, if you didn't know what tv show that was from it did sound a bit...i dunno. over the top? Screw, I'm not a mod, go harass ferret.

No it wasnt just a verbal warning it was an actual one. Goes on the permanent record of my thread. And no I dont even think outside of that TV show there is anything that has been moved to rated R for language alone. I can probably find 5 forum posts that have said similar things to what I said including the word in question. I can also list at least 40 movies off the top of my head that are rated PG 13 and have much worse language then what I said.

So opinionated picking and choosing? No set rules, They can basically say one thing and do the other. Kind of like saying "keep it PG 13" and then issue board warnings on things the United States government defines as PG 13 (at least I believe the government runs that rating board). I do not have an issue with it being censored but a formal board warning is downright hypocritical. Whatever, if this is how the forums rules are going to be enforced then Im done. Either there has been lazy enforcement of the rules till this warning causing a set norm to be established where certain words and phrasings are illegal but so frequently used without being reprimanded that they are viewed as acceptable by the posters or the rules are stated and the enforcers are hypocritical and/or prone to error) Goodbye forums
