ahh, yeah, sometimes random stuff is fun though .. however the entire anime is made in random order ... like the first episode is really episode 14 or something like that ... if you watch it in 'real' order it makes way more sense ... to an extent

but death note does rock ... watched it all, and the unanimated movies, and read all of the manga ... it's pretty much a classic

if you liked death note you should check out code geass, it is intelligent like death note but with GIANT FIGHTING ROBOT ACTION and more comedy

Well i hate claymore and d gray man because the fighting sucks and anytime i watch a death note episode it always not matter what its totally *CENSORED*

Death Note is an intellectual thriller filled with lots and lots of talking and thinking aloud along with massive amounts of psychological profiling and observations on the nature of the human condition.

It's not for everyone, though it tries to reach as broad an audience as possible.

I haven't ever seen all of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, only like episodes 5-9 or something. Found disc 2 at my library one time. Really liked what I saw but I can't say it's a favorite without seeing all or most of it.

Code Geass... I'm not much one for giant robots. Favorite type I've seen was Evangelion and it could only hold my attention for the first 3 or 4 episodes. Really liked the organic feel the Evangelions had.

I always really really really liked the D Gray man Art style. The Characters are some of the best designed around.

Smae goes for that one series about flying skates.... almost dumb story that doesn't ever really seem to know where it's going but the art, the characters, the idea of FLYING skates.... is all awesome

I like Naruto and Bleach but they are far from favorites. FAR ...

I love One Piece the manga, but can't say I've ever watched the anime. I've seen 2 episodes. One got me reading the manga, which I fell in love with. The other, was a filler... and I was distracted. One Piece is another case of PERFECT character casting, and astonishing scope, depth, and one of the best art styles around.

Berserk is my other favorite manga.

Evaangelion was good but the story started to get confusing at the end
