Dyslexia doesn't cause you to use R for are, and U for you, and other word contractions, while still being able to spell fairly long words correctly.
And anyone who was overly concerned about their spelling and grammar would just use spellcheck/grammarcheck (speaking form experience).
Also, most of the mocking has been on the content of her posts, not the style.
