try and clear chache i remember i was on F4 and it still allowed me to build settlements if you clear chache then it should change

This month is all about bugfixing and some design flaws we're clearing up, we've still got a lot more to put into the game. Once these are taken care of experience is the new feature that will be our #1 priority.

Don't get rid of the bugs and problems to quick. i like the bonus we get from you everytime there is a big one:^).But i don't like the ones that stop the world in the same tick.
