Quote: As for the other conversation that's taking place now. I've said it before. Regardless of if a rule is liked or not it's a rule. And while you can circumvent it for awhile when they plug the loophole deal with it. It's not tactical tor attempt to try to play by different rules as everyone else. And if everyone was doing it then everyone's affected the same way, the playing field is still level and again you have no argument. Like Ive said many times before, it isnt a loophole. If you are talking about oil banking, or razing outposts for workers etc. Technically, there isnt supposed to be any cap on resources, simply because a player earns what he earns, and he works for it. Well, we have the resource cap, but accumulating oil helps players that cant boost. Boosters with enough money can buy oil, and what if a person cant boost? Secondly, strategy is supposed to be innovative. There aren't supposed to be strict rules enforcing pattern based gameplay. Thats no strategy at all. And the argument is very much valid. If you think its invalid, then its probably because you have a very strict definition of what a strategy game is supposed to be, when in reality a strategy game is supposed to be open ended favoring all kinds of gameplay.

Why? It's a strategy, isn't it? But why does the admin ban it?

That is because multiing is using more than one colony to play. Its NOT using strategy and is against the spirit of the game itself. You cant compare apples with oranges.

And how about account sitting? Account sharing? Why can't we use that then?
I told you that if you're unhappy with the res cap, go and suggest for a change. And since u don't, I've suggested for you but u refuse. I even go as far as suggest to remove the res cap but u don't want it. And here you say that res cap isn't supposed to be there. Is it a little bit in-argumentative?
Or maybe that you only want to go around the rules.

Or maybe that you only want to go around the rules. Oh you dont know. I am against the account sharing rules. My argument was that technically a game is not supposed to require so much of activity. You shouldnt be up at 4 am playing a game in order to do well ruining your work day or losing sleep and eating at abnormal times, all of which I have seen battledawners do. They were working on ministers being able to move units or something to that effect, to kind of bring a way to help reduce activity too. I hope we can see some update on it soon. Anyway, I dont agree on the removal of res cap simply because people will argue that it can cause farming. Farming can never really be removed, but let the res cap be. But dont take an option away for people to legitimately play and accumulate resources. Andrew said saving up resources this way will lead to farming and ion banks, but that is something that I have seen SO rarely on BD in my 2.5 years here. Its only ever happened once in my experience, and that too by friends of my enemy that were watching and wanted to help him out. But its not the biggest problem at hand that they had to solve IMMEDIATELY.

Only until now I can see only you having problems with the res cap. I don't know if you do the oil banking but if you know of anyone else doing that and are unhappy with the change, and said going around a rule is innovative and smart, tell them to go to my suggestion topic and we'll argue about that and make lots of post counts.
This is not the place to talk about oil banking, rules and bending the rules.

This is not the place to talk about oil banking, rules and bending the rules. Well I was never talking about rules..w/e. I have got a lot of emails on the forums from other players telling me they agree. I cant force anyone. Its individual choice whether they get on here or not.
