It's too slow, the old speed was ok. But there are some problems with the changing words.

Like, if it's possible, make the first sentence: "Thank you Michael" the same speed, then a short pause, then "Diplomacy, strategy, skill" and pause, "allies, betrayals, enemies" and pause. Like that.
