the internet kill switch is too much for one man
but the new agency for regulating digital security seems like a good idea
as the bill is now i doubt it would get through congress

in the bill it would make a new section of homeland called the National Center for Cybersecurity and Communications (NCCC) this would monitor the sections of the internet talked about in the articles
they would inforce regulations for internet security for websites and companies that are deemed important to national security and stability i.e. banks, telecommunications, other major corporation ect.
thats not so bad
they would also be the one who actual turn off the internet if the president thought it necessary that is what i disagree with

Alto , their are other ways to access the internet , a different one , when the one we are using gets shutdown.
