Clinton was president for 8 Years, at the end of his term there was no debt. Bush's expenses made the debt. 1 trill? At the end of Bush's term, it was 8-9 tril.

Clinton had no budget deficit... He had PLENTY of debt. (meaning, on paper, the government was not supposed to spend more money than it was bringing in. It was a political achievement, not a economic one)

Bush did not pull out the Stimulus, Bush did not spend on silly left wing measures that have been proven to alienate people to the point of wanting independence.
I do have to agree the bailout Bush pulled out added to the debt ALOT, but Obama spends like hell, and he uses California as his example, which in California there are gunfights between state departments over a sixth of a penny.

Actually, Bush did pull out a stimulus. But nobody reasonable ever argued that Bush was fiscally conservative.
