Because generally when it involves parents and children (assuming both are of legal age), it's pretty much over all the parents decision. Concidering they raised their children. Can plant any beliefs and morals they want into their children, which stick with them as they grow older.

the parents can't force their ideal to their child without the child abusing. And child abusing is illegal.

For christs sakes. I dont think it will be between siblings or parents

Usually I think its between cousins and such. I do know a couple of guys that slept with their cousins when they were 13 or 14, when they experimented for the first time.

The topic is not right or wrong, legal or illegal. Dont give it any legal status. Dont call it right or wrong. Let people do what they wanna do, and if they are *CENSORED* up in the head, then they're gonna be, even with the law in place. So doesnt really make a difference whether you make this legal or illegal BTW.
