I have a good idea. I think players should be given a "score" based on there overall performance in the game. Take into account acheivments, win loss ratio, mechs upgrade power levels, amount of time played... etc.

After this is done give the clans a "cap" on total combined score.

I believe this will prevent clans from getting all the best players and keep things more balanced.

Change matchmaking level from 1000 to 1200 and ad a mech skill tree for upgrading weapons and a 50.cal lmg very rare and the damege 100-200
