Fourth Wall - (To be honest, I really can't explain how.) E.g, your watching your anime AC, then the character said "Why do we people really have big eyes?" or something like that..

I was thinking more along the lines of something like this...
Creating a fictional universe in your head, having it phase into existence (Not interacting with the universe that you yourself are in) and then having a sentient being such as a human in said universe to do the same thing you just did.

So you end up with an infinite amount of universes within one another.
