VD picks up the Bloodthirster that agon dropped in his demise. "Well, I needed something to scratch my back anyway" and with that he stores it in his Pip-Boy storage. By coincidence, his Pickpocketing skills reached 100. "What a coincidence" he remarks, as he turns his attention back to the fight.

VD forgets that Warlord Agon is wearing armor made from a special alloy of vracassium,paladium and tionium so VDs kicks and punches dont affect him as he drops from the sky.
As soon as the sword recognises its true master it starts glowing and bolts of lighting start hitting VD, even a magus couldnt survive.
VD falls to his knees Warlord Agon then gets Bloodthirster and executes VD as the sword is cove in blood Warlord Agon grows stronger

You also forget the Hill is cancelling any unnatural powers.
VD looks as agon is about to deliver the final blow that would end his life. Powerless against the incredibly sturdy armor before him, he had no choice but to summon his own blade. He parried, as the enemy suddenly felt as light as a feather. He grined. "Just in time" he said with that wicked smile while pushing agon back simply by standing up. "Impossible..." agon mutters before VD leaps into the air and comes crashing down with a swing that cut through the very space between the fighters, breaking the Bloodthirster in two as well as its wielder, who then burned in flames. "You've not suffered near enough to be at my level" VD declares, as he puts the sword back where it was.

The Bloodthirster cannot break since it is was made in the Red Mountains of
Alandur from pure tionium and what does the hill cancels all unnatural powers mean
