I'm unable to play the game. When I try to log in, it just says 'Connecting to server. Please wait...' and after a while, 'Connection failed. Refreshing browser'. This happens very often and lasts for hours. It seems to happen randomly but when using a Teleport, Charge, or Hook for the first time in a match (thus unlocking a multiplayer achievement), the game freezes before the hit is landed and follows with the connection problem. My internet connection is fine. I have tried opening the game in a Chrome Icognito window, closing and opening the browser, as well as clearing the browser's cache, but still have this issue.

Hey there, Sorry to hear this. Have you tried playing the game on http://supermechs.com/bmmClient.swf ? This works better for some players. Does anyone else have access to your account? Trying to figure out why you might have these issues, hopefully we can help you play properly. Thank you.

I have tried using the .swf link given but it's the same outcome. My account is brand new and nobody else has access to it. I was able to play a bit today, but as usual, it won't connect now and it's been over an hour. I did no changes to my computer in between.

It uses a different form of flash which might work better in some cases. Do you have any firewall software? This is quite bizarre..

I've tried it on FireFox but still have this issue. It randomly won't let me connect half the time. I don't have any special firewall software.

We've had reports of AVG (or was it avast?) causing trouble for example. It's most likely something about your configuration, software. It could also be the router perhaps - it could be overloaded if too many people use it at times. Only thing I can think of right now, we don't really change our servers throughout the day..

Microsoft Security Essentials as basic antivirus with no other software running. Never had problems with it. Router and modem are fast and stable, with me being the only user, with nothing else running.

I'm having a bit of a hunch and if that does work that may be confirmation.
