Turn back time would be overpowered. Find something else.
I would think sniper is primary and hand to hand would be secondary.
I recommend finding a different weakness

and i guess super power could be......Ability to copy or absorb another's powers or skills

can you post a pic to give us an idea of what type or types of aliens we are going to be fighting?

just so we have an idea, because different alieans afford different battle tactics and different kill zones
