Ok, I already pointed what I thought, but never got any feedback: HereWe especially need a removal of the old level 20 cap. Otherwise matchmaking is too difficult.

I have a few questions first of all why is it that you cant buy resistance kits in the shop, were they taken out of the game?
And why is the matchmaking cap at lvl 20? i thought it would be something like 10.

The noob protection cap should be lowered to level 10. The Lucifer torso is now level 14 and it should be possible for veterans to play with it. One should also take into account that possibly many players own a Lucifer, so the equipment gap (Legendary torso vs. Common torso) will be a little lower that way.
BTW, about torsos: Why are Mamut and Dragon are now on the same level 22? I dislike the fact that two legendary torsos are on the same level, because most of the time, you will be using the Dragon, as heat reduction bonus via modules is easier to attain.

Okay...
for now, we did 2 small fixes:
1. Heat shield The damage absorption has decreased. For example the epic heat shield level 5 has now a total absorption of 59% instead the 85% that it was before
2. Newbie level cap Instead of 20, its now starting at level 15
We are working hard on other tweaks to have it more balanced... Stay tuned!

Like explosive damage is only covered at 20% and for Energy shields energy damage is only covered at 20-25%

Like explosive damage is only covered at 20% and for Energy shields energy damage is only covered at 20-25% They already have a weakness. Explosive damage adds more heat to a heat shield so you can bring it down quicker. Electrical damage depletes energy shields quicker

And it would be possible, to be available the 59% shield in the workshop? Because i spent millions to got this and nothing. Just 2 energy shield which is worse than the heat shield. A teleport and a stomp and the shield turned off... And I don't care if the legendary or epic weapons and torsos are not avalaible in the workshop, because we can develop the weaker ones in the fusion core and maybe there will be as strong as the legendary items. But we cannot do this with the shield, and a strong shield is a huge advantage.
