I try to login to my account but afterwards it is stuck on the CONNECTING TO SERVERS... screen :( :?:

Have you cleared your cache or tried in incognito mode? (Ctrl + Shift + N on Chrome) It may help!

if not, could you tell us what device/browser you're playing from?

I cleared my cache and didn't do crap. I'm on mozilla fire fox. I have a strong internet connection. It ain't us, it's your server. Do something about it admins.
