Please stop hatin' on the world. I'm sorry everyone hates you, maybe you can change that in the future. I agree with every single point that America has made thus far. You (Mainly, being a large voice in PPC) have made many decisions for the alliance. With complete honesty, I can say that only one decision actually benefited your alliance: Moving out of North America.

I don't want war with PPC. I have a general respect for everyone in the alliance, minus you and Winnie the Pooh (For obvious reasons). Though, I guess that would be saying I want war with about 65% of PPC's power. And I'm not saying this while hiding behind mountains of subs.

The next time you're about to make a big decision, think it through. Inviting 4E was a stupid move, that caused North America to be tainted with your influence.
