You'll never catch me that way dear Tenkai, as by the time you point at my wrists, I am already on the move. Still, your speed is impressive, gnawing at my knees with such quickness, even though I did not get the full impact. "You forced me to break the Mach 3 sound barrier. Bravo!" I commend Tenkai, with a sarcastic clap to set the tone. He is certainly amused, however, and starts pointing in my direction. However, that speed is now insufficient: I flash right past him, and say "Where are you looking at?" That is enough for him to put a serious face, as he keeps pointing at me, while I virtually fly around the ground. This tag game sure is entertaining for a big, until Tenkai suddenly realizes the cutting wind is upon him.

my eyes grow wide. "Ah, looks like i wasn't paying attention..." my cheek suddenly has a cut. "Hmm" *licks dripping blood* i start...going down? my body turns into a black puddle on the ground and im tossed about with the wind. as drops of the black liquid flies in all directions, they start moving about. they grow larger and larger until they morph into several clones of me. "Maybe my speed alone is too slow, but what about from 100 of me? heeheeheehee!"

okay umm...right I just returned from a long sleeping slumber to find that tenk as stolen my idea of making clones,so decided to take out my strongest weapon i got in my weapons depot in my body you can locate this in my stomach ,k anyways I take out a nuke that is specially made to kill tenk clones (I knew tank would do the clone stuff someday so i had it made to be prepared if he cloned himself) i lunch the missile into the hill,leveling most of the hill and killing all of the tenks in sight.I move up to the ash hill and claim it with victory.

Well then...close combat is definitely not an advantageous situation for me, and I silently thank Tenkai for relieving myself from what could have potentially been a nasty situation. I take a breather to assess the situation in front of me--Tenkai is doing a good job of holding his own so far, but the oscillating tides of the mercurial war could swing any moment.

A sword unable to reflect any light, I muse. An interesting concept, to be sure--an absolute zero, and so the question turns to how it is sustained. Inability to reflect light denotes a constancy of zero energy, so perhaps this could be exploited by forcing Vault's energy onto his own sword somehow...But my thoughts are interrupted by a sudden gash in my own upper leg. Reacting on instinct, I pull out a white, foamy rectangle with a strap attached, and slam it onto my arm. It expands into a partial bubble shield, and I aim it towards the headwind to protect myself. Originally a tool used by mountain climbers to shield themselves in the case of an avalanche, I've found the deceivingly soft, puffy, and airy fabric to outperform standard shields.

Vault breaks from his battle with Tenkai quickly and runs to me, sword in hand. He swings, and I block the deadly swipe with the bubble shield. The bubble shield was soft enough that Vault's swing carried him into it, and yet the fabric still held. The inertia from the powerful swing threw Vault completely off balance, and so I dropped the shield and sidestepped smartly. Rapidly, I pulled out my revolver and shot at his vulnerable body.

*slowly turns head to ed* leave. *ed hightails it the fu** out of there*

*clones respawn* *resume story*

"My, oh my" I tell myself, as both Tenkai and Xeru forget the environment they are in. The incredibly fast and strong wind is my ally, as it swoops in and takes the bullet away. I smile, seeing as how I've got two enemies now. One of them is as physically imposing as me, yet the other is a ranged gizmo expert. A smile is truly worthy of me at this moment: any less and I'd be out of a challenge. I crack my neck, as I once again ready my Pip-Boy, yet forgetting I can only target one person with it. Disgusted at the fact, I turn invisible, as the winds engulf my existance.

Tenkai is frantically searching for me, his eyes surveing the land nonstop, yet Xeru quickly pulls out one of his creations, and asks him to stay calm. Yet, he should had known better: whatever he was to pick up, I break with a single punch, which lands flat out on his stomach afterwards, followed by the thuds of his body rebounding off the ground. Indeed, Xeru outright sucks at direct combat, and Tenkai being his best physical defense yet impossibilitated of seeing me, my best and only strategy was to take out the only one able to counter me in such a state. "Sayonara, Xeru" I speak to the winds, that carry my words to your ears. Tenkai stands there, his eyes screaming my death. But even in Xeru's best case, he can no longer stand and fight, and so I am extremely pleased with this outcome.

Yet, suddenly, I cough up blood, that stains the perfect green of the grass. Such speed, even for me, can sometimes be too much. I no longer stand, as I take support in a single knee. No one but me can understand this, but I stand back up. I no longer have a smile: instead, a sense of urgency fuels me. I must take Tenkai out, before I simply die from my own doing. And then... I see that Xeru isn't completely out of it, as yet another bullet is fired against me, even if it only flies past me, without me even bothering to dodge. "So inconvenient" I muster, while the winds get even faster, edgier, more dangerous than ever. I grab my sword, and attack Tenkai with all my might, swords clashing so fast the very earth beneath us shimmers at each clash.

you've apparently forgotten my numerous clones. while you fight 98 of me, the other 2 quickly run to duo to give first aid while you're busy. vault manages to take out roughly 30 clones before one grabs his sword arm from behind, and others quickly follow suit. all 4 of vault's limbs immobilized, i walk up to him. "This grows dull. i haven't gotten another taste since we started....but that doesn't matter. Now that i've caught you i thubk i'll have some fun :3" I begin slowly poking numerous holes in vault's chest, hoping he wouldn't be able to fight any longer from blood loss.

I resign myself to my physical inability to compete with Vault. I quickly summarize the situation in a few muttered words--I need to be kept at a distance from Vault, Tenkai can't defeat him on his own, Liam is afk, and the environment is fighting against us. I could help Tenkai right now, but chances are that the wind will throw off any gimmicks I try from this long distance. Frowning, I turn my head. If only it were possible to stop this damn wind...but no ideas came to mind.

Resigned, I turn my eyes back to the battlefield. Speed is undoubtedly Vault's strength, and so that strength must be mitigated. I rummage in my small bag until I find it--a concoction first used by the US army, and then applied to use by governments on special occasions. It was a slight alteration of the chemical that originally was designed to rain away all of the roads in Vietnam in preparation for invasion, and the chemicals that enabled Chinese governments to make skies blue for important days. I attach it to my revolver and silently hope that Vault is too distracted to try and disrupt this. My slender fingers click down on the trigger, and I watch, satisfied, as the vial sails up into the clouds. Almost instantaneously, a plethora of snow falls down, and covers the battlefield. I smirk to myself--let's see how you use your speed, walking in the snow. This should help Tenkai to no end.

Quietly, I pull out a laptop and start modifying a program for a probe that has not seen the light of day for a very, very long time...
