Does it count as taking in a newb if I take Sayan? xD
@Hitmo & Malice - I don't really remember that much from that era tbh but I do know that it was one of the best I've played in. You guys really were awesome and I learned so much from it. You took in that noob Sayan?! That's a noob move in of itself And yes, that was a fun era. I wish I had come into that with a planned team, but considering the circumstances, my team and allies went way beyond all of my wildest expectations that era, even with us losing. Never thought I'd be able to go toe to toe with CME with a relatively inexperienced team. Some of the funniest conversations I've had in BD occurred from that era.

yeah Hitmo, you can subscribe to threads as well as you can activate a notification when new answers arrives. But honestly, it would drive me crazy ... With 6 tacticsoft related email inboxes with loads of emails day by day, as well as in-game messages, skype and so on, I am already close to the limit of multitasking
I still like the idea, and the next f1 will be for sure a 12 members world!
I didn't talk to the other admins yet but I think they will support it as well

We appreciate your efforts Ilona.
Well after giving this a 2nd thought , im actually not with this. The reason is
Before a player finds a way into an top alliance , he has to struggle , he starts with himself leading the alliance to join an alliance which in top 5 , from there to make a way into the so called "inner circle" of an top alliance is very difficult & thats the struggle i love , it really makes no sense joining a top alliance directly without any struggle , im now not eve loving this AANC idea , its like complete spoon feeding , a little help from pros is ok but this way getting everything ready , well NO
It might be that English being my 2nd language , im not able to put up the things correctly or im unable r to express my thoughts

Some spend years doing their best but having crappy alliances. I'm glad you're enjoying the struggle, but I don't see why we would push i upon others.. We can let newbies who choose to get completely capable of winning with the top dogs in a single era, what's the argument for not giving them that choice?

Many times it happens that the player who is capable of doing wonders doesnt get an opportunity. Nothing new
Also it is sad to know that the new generation is really so impatient . I agree maximum newbs quit bcoz they dont get proper welcome which is required to retain the player.
The medals have fascinated them so much that they want to show it off without any hard work and with out any struggle . And if the dont get a much wanted win they quit. Well if by removing the medals we can help solving this problems i suggest remove them and also remove the HoF. Ilona if im not wrong you had the idea of removing hof when mohtap was arguing for his place in best all times and i also remember bazinga making a thread against this.
