Supermechs is a free game, and we are doing whatever we can to make it better. Sometimes we make good decisions and sometimes maybe not. But this is what we do - try to make it better all the time.

About the two sets of prises - that was a bug. Sometimes we have bugs, and some bugs take us time to fix.

I didnt understand what you meant about "pulling the gun".

And I did announce about the drainers change, as I recently announced that they are going to be nerfed again.

1: Sorry Liran, but your game is not really free... This game cost more than triple AAA game... Some players put hundred of dollars to catch the best legendary weapons and/or another items... Gold item boxes thing seems like a big scam... You need to buy a few dozen gold box item, that you find what you are looking and sometimes it does not find any item that you need...

I am not sure you understand, but this game's income equals peoples' salaries, who work very very hard. Of course not everything in it is free. If it was, there would have been no game to play.

Also, for the latest character I am playing I have bought ONLY regular item boxes, and I am very satisfied with my mech. I'v reached rank 1 several times. It really is not too much to ask from a person who wants to advance faster to pay us money. And we force no one to pay, and we offer ALL items through regular credits using the item boxes.

If you don't think its fair, take a good look at other games, who are rarely as generouse as we are.

Addressing the free to game play problem, this game has a healthy balance of possibilities with for free to play players and rewards for players wishing to pay.

As far as paying goes, I've only spent around $5 for a level 15 part (back when there were levels) and a couple fusion packs. With the new update none of these were relevant, yet I've still been able to build 2 mechs, one of which competes very well. Yes it takes some time to get parts for the mechs, but that is what makes the game so interesting for the free to play players. You have to work with what you've got which at times can be challenging, but then becomes rewarding when you manage to build something strong.
